About: Craigavon Area Hospital / 1 East Gynaecology

(as a service user),

I was seen in gynae OPD family planning clinic today and my experience was excellent from start to finish. 

Prompt system in waiting area I was waiting less than 5 minutes before being directed to room. 

I was met my a very kind & friendly doctor who listened to my concerns regarding fertility and answered all of my questions thoroughly. She spoke to me with kindness and true compassion before, throughout, and after the procedure I couldn't have asked for a better doctor. I only wish I could remember her name. She was in room 5. 

I was then sat on chairs outside the room to wait for 10 mins where 2 other lovely members of staff were speaking to me. 

What an excellent service.
