Been attending the Urology Outpatients for the last few months, and have been truly well looked after by both Urology Clinical nurse specialists at The Royal London Hospital. Their nursing care had be most outstanding and exceptional, cannot fault them at all. The fact that they’re both very approachable and kind and understanding , even at their busiest times, and ensuring they get back to me to answer all my queries does help with my situation. They’ve even managed to sort out the delivery of the things I needed in such a short space of time , their efficient working ethics deserves to be mentioned.
Not to forget that the clinical and non clinical staff at 9 E and 9 F have all been commendable. Thanks for all the care that I had received .
