About: Royal Hospital for Children (Glasgow) / Ear, Nose & Throat (ward 3b)

(as a parent/guardian),

My son , attended the ENT department at Queen Elizabeth University Hospital, after he had broken his nose and required it to be reset.

We would like to thank the Doctor at the ENT department,  who helped with my son. She was friendly, approachable, made my son feel at ease and was fantastic at her job!

Thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback on Care Opinion.

I was sorry to hear your son had to attend the ENT Department of the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital, after he had broken his nose.

It was great to hear how the doctor made your son feel welcome in the department and showed a compassionate and friendly manner throughout his stay. This must have been a massive relief to you both.

I will be sure to pass on your feedback to the team who I'm sure will be touched to hear you and your son had such a pleasant experience while attending the department.

I hope your son is feeling better and recovering well back at home.
