Awful woman at reception, god help anyone who is seriously ill coming here and having to deal with her!!!
So rude and obnoxious, what a shame that one has this to deal with as the nurses are lovely. In fact she was asking for my private medical details when she has no right.
An absolutely awful woman!!!!
