About: The Leys Health Centre

I keep trying to get help with feeling suicidal and very depressed but as soon as you put that in they tell you to ring the Samaritans and end the consultation.

I’m giving up now as they clearly do not care.

I’ve been helping diagnose the public with cancer for the last 10 years in my job with the nhs and I can’t get a doctors appointment for myself or indeed any help whatsoever ever. So I’m giving up now.

Sorry you have had this experience this using our econsult feature. Please do contact Clare Messenger at the Practice to discuss this further. You are able to ring the Practice to arrange an appointment and it would be dealt with as an urgent issue if you were feeling suicidal at the time.
