I recently took my teenager daughter to A&E as she had taken an overdose. From the moment I explained what had happened to the receptionist we were taken straight to the children’s A&E and seen straight away. The nurses and doctors both in A&E and on the children’s ward and the CAMHS nurse you were all so professional and so so kind. I cannot expressive how grateful I am to all of you. I haven’t been in a hospital for years and was shocked to see just how busy it was but when we needed you you were there for us. I think your all amazing and if it was up to me I would give you all a massive pay rise.
