(as the patient),

Since arriving at my appointment I was made to feel very comfortable and at ease. I was taken into my appointment on time. Only wish I have is not  waiting so long on the appointment after the initial referral date.

Both dentists I spoke to were very knowledgeable and personable. Overall brilliant experience.

I am very sorry that you had a lengthy wait to be seen following your referral to Glasgow Dental Hospital. Our teams continue to work exceptionally hard to reduce waiting times for our patients, which unfortunately increased as a result of the pandemic..
