"Telehealth service"

About: Newham Community Health Services / Telehealth Team

(as the patient),

I use the service for two things one to give my blood glucose results and the other to tell them my blood pressure. It is very good.

The glucose one is an automated service but I prefer the blood pressure one as this is answered by a human. I prefer the human touch.

Sometimes when I use the automated service I forget to put a space in and then it says it is not recognized and I have to do it all again, can be confusing.

Sometimes I forget to do my blood pressure but they never get upset with me, they just phone me and remind me and we have a little chat, I like this personal touch, it is nice to know I am not forgotten and shows that someone still cares.
