About: Victoria Hospital / Respiratory Medicine

(as a relative),

Just wanted to say a thank you to Ward 43 staff at the VHK Respiratory ward. Mum spent just over a week there and was extremely well looked after by the ward team.

A special mention for a few of the ward staff. Tom, mum was very impressed with your professionalism, care and compassion. Nothing was too much trouble; the one or two issues that were raised you resolved quickly and made sure family were updated regularly. You looked after mum holistically, making sure her care needs were met. You’re a credit to your profession.

Joyce, Terri and Gemma. Thank you so much for looking after mum & also ensuring I was o.k. You are all highly skilled individuals that are part of an incredible team. I sincerely believe you made the start of mums palliative care journey a lot more bearable for her.

NHS Fife should be very proud of this team.

Thank you.
