Jude and Glenda - Podiatry arches Centre Belfast.
As a type 1 diabetic for over 50 years, I have always had my feet checked at least once a year. However in Dec 2018 i was removed from the list to make numbers waiting look better. Recently having pain in my feet I contacted the main office and was told to refer myself via phone. Once I explained my story I received a call the next day from a lovely lady informing me I had an appointment with Judith and Glenda 2 day later.
The care I received was outstanding, there was not a moment of rushing and the professionalism shown was first class. I am due a call back to check my progress in a couple of weeks and have been readded to the annual review list, thank you all concerned.
Feedback on hospital stay follow up. Ulster Hospital - By far the best appointment I have ever had, it lasted 1 and a half hours and results from my hospital stay fully explained and my outcome explained. I was spoken to as if I really mattered to the NHS. The tests and exercises completed were done with kindness and care. Everything I needed to know was repeated if I did not understand. All whom I came into contact with were extremely professional and it was obvious extremely knowledgeable and in the right career. I am so blessed and thank you for your support.
