I spent almost a year working with Jenny (Inclusion Therapist) she has helped me deal with complex ptsd and anxiety. Jenny has taught me coping skills as well as a better understanding of how to deal with low mood and depression. Jenny was as supportive and encouraging throughout the sessions and made me feel listened to and valued.
I had a very bad experience with the CMHT I was assigned to and had 3 care coordinators who I never met or spoke to over the year. Jenny helped me when I was in crisis and even contacted crisis services to support me.
Jenny went well beyond her role as my therapist and made me feel cared for.
I am disappointed with my experience from the community mental health services but feel privileged and grateful to have worked with Jenny.
She has made a huge difference to my recovery and I would recommend Inclusions to any friends/family as a very good service.
