My mother has had leg ulcers in the past and has been instructed that she is not allowed to do anything with her feet and toenails.
She is supposed to have an appointment every 5 to 6 weeks and hasn’t had one since November 2022.
Her nails are so bad that they are curling under and this is restricting her mobility.
Apparently she is on the wait list as it is not urgent. Horrific service.
