"Physio self referral and treatment"

About: Royal Hospital for Children and Young People (Edinburgh)

(as a parent/guardian),

Juggling work and home I missed our appointment and we fell out of the physio system. My child picked up a sports injury. I was able to self refer to physio. We had to wait a few weeks for a call back but they called promptly on the day and time.

Amazing hints and tips and listened to what was causing us concern. They decided we did need to be seen at the hospital and we were delighted with the efficiency and quick response in receiving an appointment. My child loved the physio they saw. I am delighted and will make sure to not miss any future appointments.

Dear herculesng66,

Thank you for taking the time to leave such nice feedback about our paediatric MSK service and the staff. I am happy to hear we were able to explain our service to you and respond efficiently to support your child's sports injury.

We want to make it as easy as possible to make things better for children as quickly as possible and you are helping by leaving your story.

Best wishes,

Rosemary Gaunt
