"Waiting in A&E"

About: Craigavon Area Hospital / Emergency Department

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I am with my son today as he was at his soccer match this morning when he seriously injured himself and we were advised to take him into ED. He has a swollen ankle and now we are waiting to be brought into ED to be seen by one of the staff members.  There seems to be a bit of a queue so I think there will be quite a long wait time before we get in. He is doing okay at the moment but just more annoyed at the fact he had to leave his football early.
