I fell on the floor in the bedroom and could not get back up. I have a life line which picked up my fall and called Jo my right hand girl. She helps me with my everyday life. I was cold, frightened and feeling anxious. Jo came, covered me up to keep warm and put a pillow under my head. I was not hurt just could not get up. Jo called life line to get help to lift me up. Ali & Tracey came out from first Community Response team who where brilliant helped me get dressed checked me over to see that I was ok. Thank You both it’s good to know we have this service that can help quickly.
