"No response to phone calls or emails"

(as a service user),

I have been trying to contact Riverside Resource Centre to make a complaint, I have had emails seemingly ignored and no return phone calls. This has been going on for 2 months now.

I am sorry to hear that you have been unable to contact Riverside Resource Centre to make a complaint. If you wish to make a complaint can you please email: NWHSCP.Complaints@ggc.scot.nhs.uk and they will advise you of the process?

If you need support with making a complaint you can contact the Patient Advice Support Service (PASS) which is an independent service which proves free advice and support to all NHS patients.. You can get in touch with PASS through their website:
