Dear Relative

Thank you for your feedback about you and your baby's attendance to the Emergency Department at Royal London Hospital. We are sorry to learn of your experience which falls below the standard that we would expect for our patients. We fully appreciate how upsetting and frustrating this must have been. The team in the Patient Family Contact Centre will be able to assist you further with the concerns you have raised. Please provide them with your baby's details (i.e. full name, hospital or NHS number), your name and contact telephone number and a summary of the issue including date you visited via email to bartshealth.familycontact@nhs.net. Alternatively, you can call them on telephone 0203 594 2040.

Kind regards
