"It is always a happy and wonderful atmosphere"

I have been coming to Lewis Manning for many years now and was very dubious at first after a bad experience elsewhere. But as soon as I entered I was put at ease.

You can feel the love and warmth as you arrive. All the staff are lovely and always cheerful. They can even take my banter and get my sense of humour. If I could come to Lewis Manning every day I would. It is the companionship I miss the most since my wife passed. But for the one day a week I am there it all melts away and I cherish the company.

The staff are great, everyone always has a smile on their face. It is always a happy and wonderful atmosphere. They will do anything to help whatever that may be.

They started a virtual service and I was given a device. I had weekly video calls and would join an exercise session. Now I join in seated yoga. I really appreciate how everything is tailored to individual needs. You get the same sense of companionship and humour online. Everything seems better in a group setting.

I can’t get enough of Lewis Manning. I thoroughly enjoy everything they do. I can’t thank Lewis Manning enough for everything that they do.

Thank you so very much for this lovely feedback and it is so fabulous for us to hear you are engaging in more than one of our activities

its great to be able to come into day hospice and spend time with other people but also we are so pleased we can also bring some of us into your home as well with our virtual services.

we are looking at lots of ideas on how we can provide a variety of virtual sessions and we would be so grateful if you have any ideas on what you think you and other patients would enjoy. we all strive to listen to what matters most to our patients and love hearing all of your feedback
