About: Physiotherapy - South Ayrshire

(as the patient),

I visited my physiotherapist, Adam, who operates within the Portland/Meadowgreen Doctor's Practice in Troon.

I was suffering from a neck issue whereby my neck was so stiff it was painful to tilt it or rotate it from side to side.

Adam examined my neck, had me attempt some neck motions, then diagnosed the cause of my problem, explaining it clearly to me. Subsequently he demonstrated to me the neck exercise I should undertake to relieve my symptoms. 

Well not even 7 days later I have considerably more mobility in my neck. I am very grateful to Adam for his assistance.
