(as a relative),

My Mother was admitted to A&E on New Year's day and was subsequently admitted to ICU in the RVH.  The care she had in the ICU was exceptional.  She has been in hospital for nearly three months now and is on the road to recovery due to the care and attention she has had particularly in ICU and Ward 7B in the RVH.
