"Excellent service from the Fracture Clinic"

About: Inverclyde Royal Hospital / Fracture Clinic

(as a service user),

I have had communication followed by 2 visits to this department and cannot praise them highly enough

Following a visit to my local hospital June, the Charge Nurse, contacted me with an appointment and gave me excellent advice on how to look after my fracture/ cast

When I arrived at the clinic I was checked in by an extremely pleasant young man. When I was called the Nurse, Pete, introduced himself and explained in detail how the cast would be removed and reassured me.

On my return visit last week June looked after me before I was seen by Mr Mathews. I felt he really listened to me and cared about me, making sure I had a physio referral before I left the department

The hospital management team should be proud of this department

Many thanks

Dear Golf Mad Ele

Thank you very much for taking time to give your very kind and positive feedback.

It is very much appreciated and it is lovely to hear about your excellent experience.

I have passed on your lovely comments to the team in the fracture clinic.

I hope you are recovering well and continue to do so.
