"I came in through ED as I was feeling quite unwell"

I came in through ED as I was feeling quite unwell. When I first arrived into ED I actually got a bed pretty quickly which I was surprised at but I was in there for quite a while. It was some time before the doctor came over to me but I must say he was very professional and friendly. The doctor was just great at explaining things and took his time with me which I was very happy about as sometimes I feel that when seeing a doctor they don’t stay to long with you but not this one and he also took the time to listen to what I had to say, this made me feel comfortable to talk to him and discuss my problems.

Later on I was eventually put up on to this ward (3 North).This ward has been good the staff have been very friendly from the start felt welcomed into the ward, food has been great have been really loving the chicken curry on the menu haven’t tasted anything like it to be honest.

But the care that I have been receiving has been amazing the staff on the floor are very hard working people always on the go the never stop, I am in awe watching them do what they do. Would just like to say keep up the good work.
