(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I have been having diabetes complications for quite some time now to the point were my GP has referred me into hospital. The nursing staff are amazing on this ward they have been monitoring me closely for signs of hypoglycemia and other complications associated with my condition and have been so friendly and caring while doing it. I am soon to be discharged and I have been receiving insulin therapy and have been referred to a dietitian to develop a plan for managing my blood sugar levels
