"We appreciate everything that you have done"

About: District Nursing / Limavady/Roe Valley

(as a relative),

I had the pleasure of meeting another member of the Limavady District nursing team on Monday when she came to check on my father.

Charmaine was a lovely girl and very pleasant from the minute she walked through the door. My father would be wary of people coming in that he's not too familiar with but she put him at ease almost straight away.

She had a lovely way with him. She sat and chatted to him for a while before she even put a hand on him, which really relaxed him. She, like the rest of the district team that we have met, have also put my mother and my siblings at ease by explaining everything to us as well as Daddy.

We found ourselves in this situation very quickly and without much warning, but having the team there to answer questions and help with our Daddy and put our minds at rest.

You are all doing a great job and we appreciate everything that you have done for Daddy so far. The limavady district nursing team all deserve recognition.

Dear Cly13,

Thank you very much for taking the time to write about your experience. I am pleased to hear that you as a family have benefited so positively from the service provided by the District Nursing Team in Limavady. I will ensure that Charmaine and the District Nursing team are made aware of your feedback. Your kind words are greatly appreciated.
