"Demoralising experience"

About: Children and Young People Services / Health Visiting

(as a service user),

It seems to be a reoccurring thing. I'm a first time Mom. I find if I ring with a question or during a visit I'm talked over, my sentences are finished for me. It's so frustrating. I am not allowed to explain any of issues I have with my little one. Just presumes it's something and goes off on that tangent without me being able to fully explain the issue I'm having.

It's all very demoralising and I'm left feeling like they are not approachable.
