"Excellent treatment and understanding"

I had to visit ENT on two separate occasions to deal with a long term ear problem. All too often you hear criticism, definitely not in my case. I want to say on both these appointments from the girls in reception dealing with a patient whose hearing was very bad, they were very understanding and took their time with me. I cannot praise highly enough the two specialist nurses that saw me, they were excellent in the treatment I received, reassuring and really made a difference to how I felt. Finally I would like to add hopefully nurses will get the pay rise I believe they thoroughly deserve.

Kind regards and thank you,
