I had my first appointment at the POP clinic at Kings Cross with physiotherapist, Ciara last week.
From the moment I met Ciara she made me feel at ease. She was kind, caring and empathetic. Ciara took her time to listen and get a full understanding of my issues. Ciara was extremely knowledgeable which has given me the understanding in why I am being asked to do specific exercises and I now feel motivated and confident that with her guidance I will get to where I need to be.
