About: Inclusion Recovery College Thurrock

(as a parent/guardian),

The point of sleep safety and using a journal around dreams were great points to be considered. I hope this can help improve people to understand the psychological aspects involved even more so. Liked the group atmosphere.

Hello Night Owl,

Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your experience on the My Rested Self: Sleep course. We are thrilled to hear the group discussions around sleep safety and journaling were inspiring. With sleep being such a personal experience for everyone, considering new ideas and approaches can be beneficial for developing a routine around sleep.

As highlighted throughout My Rested Self: Sleep, relaxing prior to bedtime can promote a good night's sleep. Therefore, I would like to let you know the Recovery College offers a course called Visualisation for Relaxation. If you would like to know more about courses at the Recovery College, our January - March 2023 timetable is out on the website or call us for more information.

Take care,
