I supported my mother-in-law to attend her appointment today at the gynae outpatient clinic at PRI. She was seen by Staff Nurse Pam, who was accompanied by a University of Dundee Student Nurse. During her appointment, I noticed the care and compassion shown to my mother-in-law and wished to pass on my thanks to Pam. Pam displayed the values of NHS Tayside in all her interactions and went above and beyond in delivering true person-centred care. She took time to discuss transport arrangements and offered to personally assist in ensuring that next planned appointment could be organised to support this. Thank you!
