I attended for day case procedure under the care of Mr Brownson, theatre team and day surgery team.
Started with a welcoming greeting from a lovely receptionist (did not catch his name)
I then was escorted to the waiting bay-and put at ease by a nurse called Susan. I was checked in and prepared for theatre by another nurse, who was equally kind & professional ( though she introduced herself, apologies I forget her name)
Moving on to theatre staff , once again professional, explained every stage and so kind. I am retired senior nurse and was very impressed.
