"My daughters ENT appointment"

About: Royal Hospital for Children (Glasgow) / Ear, Nose & Throat (ward 3b)

(as a parent/guardian),

My daughter had her appointment with the ENT doctor today who was amazing with her. She introduced herself as Astrid and took the time to shake my daughters hand who is 5. She made the examination fun and put her at ease. I cant thank her enough for the information and caring approach thank you again.
