(as a relative),

My mum recently had an appointment with Bruno, an audiologist at King's Cross Hospital in Dundee. 

The service provided was absolutely fantastic, he was informative, friendly and very reassuring to my nervous mum. 

It was thoroughly explained to her what was happening at every stage and this made a real difference.
