"Being a first time mum"

About: Stockport NHS Foundation Trust / Health Visiting

(as a parent/guardian),

My experience with Karen and Kathy from the beginning to end for me and my child, has been fantastic.

Being a first time mum can be difficult. Especially when you judge yourself if your doing right or wrong. No question has ever been silly to them even if you may have thought it. They’ve both guided us every step of the way through our baby's growth.

Baby massage was a special time to bond with my child. I learnt new skills that I have now been able to take home with me.

Attending these classes for the last eight weeks has given me great confidence.

My experience during pregnancy wasn’t great under a different area. So coming to this has really made a difference to me.

I’m sad it was my last session today. I wish all the best for the future. Me and my child are very grateful.

Thanks for taking the time to give us this valuable feedback, lovely to hear how much you and your baby enjoyed Early Days Group, and that you feel it has increased your confidence as a parent and supported your bonding with your baby through baby massage and the support you received from the staff was non-judgemental. Feedback from parents and carers is essential in helping us to understand where our service delivery makes the most difference and has a positive impact.

Thanks again
