"All the patients on the ward were treated with TLC."

About: Fir Park medical Centre Whiston Hospital / Accident and emergency Whiston Hospital / Cardiology

(as the patient),

I was admitted to Whiston Hospital at the end of January by my GP. I’d been getting shortness of breath and palpitations.

I had my heart rate and blood pressure checked. My heart rate was really low and my blood pressure was really high when I arrived at Whiston Hospital. I had an X-Ray and ECG.

After being admitted to ward 1E I had further checks on my blood pressure etc., it was decided I needed a pacemaker.

All the staff on the ward were amazing and made my stay there (one week) very pleasant. It was a lovely ward and all the patients on the ward were treated with TLC.

They all work so hard and they’ve all got a lot of patience and are extremely caring. Thank you to each and every one of you.
