"Trying to re-arrange an appointment"

About: Omagh Primary Care Complex / Continence Advisory Service

(as a service user),

I got a letter from the Continence Advisory Service with an appointment date and time. Due to having already agreed to Mandatory training with my employer, I would not be able to make it to the appointment. I rang to see if I could have an alternative appointment but was told all they could do would be cancel it and put me back on the waiting list.

I am very disappointed with the service I received.
