I am so disappointed with this practice - used to be OK service but has now got so bad I intend looking for another GP. I recently had a serious accident and was refused a face to face appointment with GP and asked to return to A&E (who had told me to see my GP if symptoms persisted - A&E were visibly annoyed when I told them what had happed and who asked me to return). What then followed was a catalogue of disarray including holding on the phone for 39 minutes to get through to Reception (on more than one occasion) to lost paperwork waiting signature. I eventually resorted to emailing Practice Manager but even that was not responded to by the Manager more a series of text message instructions. COVID restrictions can no longer be blamed for the awful service received here and I feel sorry for the front desk staff who have to deal with the many, many dissatisfied patients (and believe me I have spoken to a few whilst standing in the queue for ages). This is the main surgery on the Isle of Dogs so is responsible for the care of thousands of patients - I suggest someone in authority takes a serious review of its service before something serious happens to someone less capable than myself.
