
I am a vulnerable adult with complex needs and receive full staff care, but I am also supported by the mental health service.
I have had a poor level of service when it comes to the mental health service, where my tablets/medication are left at last minute or no communication at all made by the service to keep me/family updated on my medication at all, especially when they run out.
I have to take my medication so I feel better, but often the case this is becoming an issue and area of concern as they will not be delivered in good time to avoid me panicking and causing me anxiety.
