"Problems with back and neck pain"

Over the last few years I have been experiencing problems with back and neck pain. I had been referred by my GP and seen via video call during covid and reassured it was unlikely anything serious.

Symptoms persisted so I went back to my GP for a face to face consultation who referred me to Faye, the specialist MSK physio. I can't rate Faye highly enough. I work within the NHS and truly understand the pressures staff can experience. She was friendly and welcoming, she listened to my concerns, did a thorough examination and explained what she thought might be happening. She explained the next steps and put a plan in place for an MRI.

The MRI service at Woodend has also been excellent, very timely. She contacted me after speaking with the appropriate team and I am now awaiting a further scan and appointments with the relevant speciality. I am so grateful to Faye for listening to my concerns.
