What could be improved
the attitude of staff needs to be addressed. they treat people as they are on a belt at a supermarket. NEXT! They were not interested in me nor had they read my notes. and they werent interested when i complained they spoke as though i was in the wrong to make a complaint. im asking to go elsewhere next nowhere could be worse than the QE.
