Good morning RoanL,

Thank you for taking the time to share your family’s experience of the Stroke Service. Whilst it is inevitable that our loved ones will be unwell from time to time it still can be very traumatic.

We all recognise that the Health Service is traversing through challenging times. With this in mind it is very heart-warming to hear how well your Daddy and family have been cared for during this difficult time. Our loved ones are so important to us all and it is our privilege to care for them in times of need.

I will send the Team your very lovely feedback and it will encourage them to continue giving the high quality care they deliver each day.

May I wish your Daddy a speedy recovery,

James
