Complete time wasting. Call handler didn't know what they were doing and asked ridiculous questions to assess the situation. Didn't ask if the patent was in pain and made an assumption that they weren't. Didn't say they would refer the patient and tried to finish the call without giving any information other than what's written on the script. More training needed for the call handler!
