Firstly I got the number from their website, but when you telephone it they say it is only the PALS (Patient Advice and Liaison Service) team for mental health.
All the telephone numbers that are on the website I tried. I was trying to make a complaint about the (MSK) Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy at Saffron Walden Hospital not answering their telephone.
Funny how its the eput again, and its funny how they telephoned me yesterday after I had made the complaint.
Its too little too late. I will be taking this as far as I can.
