"Sadly healthcare is not available at this practice"

Having moved to the area four years ago, i tried today to get an appointment to see a GP without success. They directed me to call again at 9am tomorrow but said it would probably be days before i got an appointment. I have visited the practice once before; it was very small and the equipment visible in the consulting room looked old and squeaked. At the time the doctor commented about the lack of staff available.

I'm sure they do their best with the resources available, but I've put in a transfer request to a larger practice which hopefully will be more modern with more available healthcare professionals.
