You can't get an appointment, you can't speak to a person (if you follow their appointments system and choose the option relevant to you).

I'm in need of check-in with my GP and I can't get through. I'm on medication that requires periodic check-ins and dose adjustments and it's impossible to achieve with them.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that you have struggled to gain access. We are offering the maximum appointments that we can, with the limited resources available to us. Please continue to contact us to gain an appointment, for some medications you will have to complete a review to continue receiving the medication.
