(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I arrived at ward 4 South following an accident at home. It turns out I have broken my collarbone.

The staff in here have been superb- they are so attentive and willing to take the time to answer any questions.

I am happy with the level of hygiene of the ward and feel safe from covid.

The food is lovely, despite my appetite not being as it normally is.

I am always informed of how I am progressing or any further information, which is reassuring. Overall, I am pleased with the level of care I am receiving.
