"Grateful for their compassionate care."

About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / General surgery

(as a relative),

My mum was an acute admission to B12 in January and sadly died a couple of days later. The care, kindness and support we were shown as a family was outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble for any member of the staff and their kindness made a very difficult time almost bearable. My brothers and I will be forever grateful for their compassionate care.

Good Morning Jac

I am sorry for your loss, but so very proud of my team for showing you and your family the care and respect at such a difficult time. We as a team will continue to strive to ensure we are providing families and patient's with care and compassion no matter the circumstance.

I will share this kind post of your gratitude to the team whom I know it will touch their hearts at this very challenging time within in our NHS.
