"Awful practice "

This surgery is a complete joke, even the staff leave after a few months the place is that bad. They surely can't have many nurses and doctors left. From the one extremely rude receptionist that won't even let you speak, too the doctors that havent got a clue what they are doing. I have been diabetic for over 2 years and cannot tolerate the oral medications, I have had too fight for well over a year to see a specialist and im still not seeing one till march so god knows what damage the diabetes has done to my body without treatment for 2 years . I had an abdominal scan some time last year and got a message to speak to the doctor when I phoned he hadn't got a clue about the scan, he couldn't find it he then said fatty liver and put the phone down I found out 4 months later that the scan showed gallstones. How this place is still open is beyond me. I'm desperately trying to find another surgery in my catchment area but because of my postcode no other surgeries in burntwood will accept me
