Michele was my son’s health visitor for the first 6 months. Michele was always on hand to give advice whenever needed. She was quick to identify his flat head and the growth size, referrals were done to the different services. Would make contact after each different service to see how they went. Due to difficult circumstances, we had to move out of the area. Even during this time she still kept in contact to see if anything was needed. We appreciate everything she did for us as a family.
