"Being able to relate to others is the best therapy"

About: Inclusion Recovery Hampshire / Aldershot

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

“I’ve been to John’s groups and I agree with others, that people relate to him, he is very personable. I have also done the Gateway course and attended peer support meetings at the Aldershot hub twice a week. Being able to relate to others is the best therapy that I have found”

Thank you for taking the time to give us valuable feedback.

I am delighted that you have found the groups helpful in your recovery and that being able to connect and relate to others has been so supportive and beneficial. I will pass on your feedback to John and the Aldershot team.

Wishing you all the best in your continued recovery.
