About: Ragstone Road Surgery

I have used this GP surgery. I felt the receptionist who attends the phone was most incompetent. I could not order a prescription on the line when I complained she said she is not aware of anything wrong. You look foolish to talk. No help no explanation. They send my prescription to the wrong chemist. When I rang she said according to your record it was sent to your stated chemist. When I went to my stated chemist, they said they have not sent us prescriptions. I went to a different chemist where I collected my medication. Yet the receptionist is telling me they have sent it to my stated chemist. Their Doctors are ok if you managed to reach them. Their appointment system is really awful .when you ring they will tell everyone to ring at 8.00 o'clock in the morning. If you try you have more chance of winning the lottery than getting an appointment. You be told I am sorry all appointments gone try tomorrow and so on and on.

Dear Patient . I am really sorry to read of your frustrations and problems you have had with your prescriptions. Patients nominate their own pharmacies but we have found at times pharmacies themselves are changing those nominations . It would be really helpful to have a conversation so that I can investigate these problems for you which I think I have understood as - Online Service problems, pharmacy nomination problems and appointment access.
